If the Advertiser asks for or buys extra services connected to the Service, like tracking codes or changes to the Advertiser's website, they agree to give Genz the access they need to do those things. The Advertiser agrees that any extra services we offer are also subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, along with the risks that come with them.
The date shown on the "Order Confirmation" is when all design order files are sent to the "Account Area." Also, an email is sent to the client to let them know that their design order has been delivered to their account area. All steps for correction and repayment depend on the date and time that the design order was sent to the client's account area.
The client owns all rights to a paid art work once it has been accepted and the final file has been sent to them after full payment. The buyer is then given all the claims and ownership to the design.
